New Delhi: All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS MBBS 2019 online application forms would be filled in two stages for the May 2019 examination. The first step of Basic Registration would commence from November 30, 2018. Important notice has been released on the official website aiimsexams.org. AIIMS MBBS 2019 Eligibility Criteria
Students are advised to note that as per the official notification, now available on aiimsexams.org the eligibility criteria has also been amended. Candidates who are appearing for their Class 12th Board Examinations in February, March 2019 or candidates who have already appeared (passed) the qualifying examination are eligible to fill the basic registration form. Candidates ought to have studied (or studying) English, Physics, Biology and Chemistry in their qualifying examinations.
For admissions to the AIIMS, students are required to qualify the AIIMS MBBS 2019 examination as well as score a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their 10+2 exam. The requisite percentage for reserved category candidates is 50% in their 10+2 in the subjects mentioned above.
AIIMS MBBS 2019: Important Dates
- Start of Basic Registration: November 30, 2018
- Last date to fill the form for Basic Registration: January 3, 2019
- Checking the Status (Accepted & Not Accepted) of Basic Registration January 7, 2019
- Correction window for applications not accepted: January 8, 2019 – January 18, 2019
- Upload of Final Status (Accepted & Rejected) of Basic Registration: January 22, 2019
- Release of Prospectus: January 29, 2019
- Fees Payment Code Generation (Final Registration): January 29, 2019 – February 17, 2019
- Payment of fees and city choice: February 21, 2019 – March 12, 2019
The activities would close at 5:00 pm on the specified dates. Also, AIIMS MBBS 2019 would be conducted on May 25 and 26 across various cities. The examination is conducted for admission into MBBS courses in AIIMS New Delhi and 14 other AIIMS now open in Bathinda, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Deogarh, Gorakhpur, Jodhpur, Kalyani, Mangalagiri, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Rae Bareli, Rishikesh and Telangana.
