A university-level exam, BITSAT is conducted every year for admission to Integrated First degree programmes offered by the institute – B.E., B.Pharm., and M.Sc. Candidates who qualify in the entrance exam are offered admissions at any of the three campuses – Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. The entrance exam will be of three hours duration, comprising of 150 multiple choice questions divided into four parts. Each question will have four answer options, out of which only one will be the correct option. An interesting feature of the exam is if candidates are able to complete the entire quota of 150 questions without skipping, they can attempt an additional 12 questions to score higher.
